By downloading, installing, or using Stillness ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this licence you may not:
Stillness offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Stillness+") through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.
Stillness is a meditation timer and breathing exercise tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The breathing patterns and meditation exercises in the app are for general wellness purposes only.
If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, or any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using breathing exercises. If you experience dizziness, discomfort, or shortness of breath during use, stop immediately.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content in the app - including but not limited to the design, animations, sounds, text, and code - is owned by Stillness and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Stillness name and logo are our trademarks.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillness and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
